Class tuition and fees are to be paid separately and directly to tutors starting in July.
Registration fees are per student. They are to be paid prior to or at the time of registration and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Regular registration fee is $55 from 4/2/18 - 5/31/18.
Late registration fee after June 1st is $70 per child.
On-line registration is closed on July 1st.
Any changes to your registration initiated by you (except to accept a waitlist assignment) will result in a $15 class drop/change fee. This change fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Facility Fees are $65 for a family with one student and $85 for families with more than one student enrolled.
For families with multiple students, the $85 fee can be paid with one of the student's registrations. You may skip the facility payment option, if you have already paid it once.
The facility fee IS REFUNDABLE if a student does not attend BTM in September.
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. PayPal payment is preferred but not required. If paying by check your check needs to be submitted and made out to BTM prior to registering your student(s).
As part of your registration process, you will need to sign up for three half-day Designated Parent time slots. Please follow the link in your confirmation email to choose your dates for 2018-2019.

Facility Payments are due at time of registration: $85 for a family with more than one student. If you are registering more than one student, make this payment only on one registration as it is per family not per student.
